A promising fix. From the back it certainly has a less puffy look. What's it like on - is the rest still in proportion?

Because our population is so small and we have a tiny army, there's almost no where in Australia that can do that work for under $150. And even then, I can't imagine them not screwing it up.

The jacket fits better than ever. It is still in correct proportion overall. I might post a couple "fit pics" later.

I'm happy too. Yes, a very inexpensive "custom" jacket. Lucky for me that I found Don at Minsky's. There may still be a custom jacket in my future. Don't mention anything to my wife!

A good tailor is indispensable for a leather jacket addict like myself. So many jackets are almost perfect except for one problem area (sleeves, shoulders, etc.). Having a tailor who can resolve these fit problems for a reasonable price makes it much easier to get the fit I'm looking for without having to buy and sell a bunch of jackets, hoping to find a good fit.

Yes. You can find something new, at a reasonable price. Then do a few simple alterations to make it fit your frame. Perfect!
