I don't have it. But you can buy it on british ebay. The title is in the picture. But I think we have a german knitting magazine I can have a look if there are proper instructions?
I had my Grandmother knit me this from a vintage pattern, all wool with wooden buttons. The waistcoat is solid maroon on the back. I have a long torso, so it could do with an extra inch or so in length, but otherwise I love it. Great for the winter months.
you are in love with RRL, but I dont blame you.I really need a RRL one....they are really perfection.
This vintage 1920s or '30s one sold for a very reasonable price. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1930s-Mens-...D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557
Not when shipping is $150. :eeek:
Rudie, the magazine didn't have pattern. I remembered it wrong. Here are some scans from a different german mag (Schachemayrin) also 1930s. Not quite the same but maybe your sister is able to make some changes?
Somehow the upload messed up the order but the files are properly named in case you want to download them.
Eeek is right. The page says that shipping to my address would be $10.95. I'm nowhere near Berlin, though.
Yes, that's the pattern! I got mine from a website that sells PDF copies of old knitting patterns, I've bought a couple from them, it's a great idea.
