For what it's worth. My brother's daughter did him proud when she graduated as a fully fledged doctor. She went on to do four years in general practice then she worked in the emergency department of what we call A&E, you call ER. (A&E Accident & Emergency) where she met her future husband, also a doctor. They married some three years ago and today, April 25th, is the first birthday of their daughter, their only child. My brother need not have worried. He's as proud as a peacock at becoming a Grandfather.
