Who made Levi LVC jackets?

I have seen Levi-branded leather jackets for sale that basically look just like an Aero HWM, except they have a Levi tag inside. Did Aero make these? I can't find any clear direction on the interwebs.

I have seen some for sale that actually say Aero on them as well as the Levi brand, but others just say the Levi. So...basically I'm unsure. If I see a good deal on one, I don't know what I'm getting.

They made a few LVC in the early 2000s. That jacket above in a couple of different finishes and others too (speedway, east-west style and a knitted one I’m not mistaken). Don’t think LVC ever had an Highwayman style in their collections.

At the risk of losing a find, the one I'm seeing is on eBay. LVC Highway man 44 Horsehide. I don't see any Horsehide tag, but it's not expensive and looks like a HWM?
