I'm on the look out for a pair of used White's semi dress boots. Living in the UK, what US size would i go for?, i'm a UK10 EU44.

I am a UK 7 and my White's Semi dress are an 8D. So maybe one size up as a rule of thumb. You could contact White's directly or one of their resellers like Drew's or Baker Boots and give them your measurements.
