I know I'm not supposed to be in here (I'm covering my eyes), but I just wanted to say hi to Katherine.

My new Whirling Turban dress arrived neatly packaged in a little box tied with string this morning just like in those photos of ladies shopping at couture houses in the 1950s - and it's wonderful! The yellow and green floral print reminded me of Scarlett O'Hara's barbeque dress so I just had to wear the hat with it... I just need to get a white tulle petticoat to complete the look

Please excuse very bad picture taken in wardrobe mirror but I was too excited to wait for anyone to get home and take a proper photo

I chose the R-200 fabric from their current print selection. It's navy blue with a small pseudo-hawaiian motif in robins egg blue. They're going to do a contrasting trim for me in the robin's egg blue and a bolero. It 's bound to be purty! I want a Peggy Would dress as well...and a playsuit...and some seperates. LOL
