Neophyte maybe?

Yah, not a slouch hat. Don't pay that much for that hat.

The uncreased crown is not for me, but supposing it were, I'd give a hatter a call.

What is your actual budget? Because a reasonable price is so often relative....

Looking for an uncreased crown. An acolyte as a follower and not a leader. I was told it was a slouch by somebody else.

Maybe if you could be a little more precise about what it is you're looking for, we may be able to point you in the right direction. ;)

I can't be much more precise than the two examples I've posted. But, from what I've gathered...Wide-brimmed hat with an open crown :)

edit: sorry was on the move. So, my budget maxes out at maybe $150?

Very nice. Looks a lot like the Campdraft, though minus the wind-trolley. Is this one a Western with a stiff brim too, or is it snap? The Campdraft is very much a rigid, Western brim, though I reshaped mine into a Fedora look.

Edward; Thanks
Same weight as a a Campdraft, which is more like a dress weight than western. apparent you have never owned a modern Resistol Western. Please note it has a 3-1/4" brim.
Dry crease shown here, like the CD needs a small amount of steam to snap
