Same here. I have a pair of jeans for the times where it is the most practical, but I haven't worn trousers for 20 years. Well, I have bought a pair of 1940's reproduction trousers, but I never seem to find a good opportunity to wear them... And I loathe and detest pantyhose because they never fit well. I feel so much better about myself if I have fixed my hair and put on some make-up so even if it takes me all of 15 minutes, I do it every day. And if not throughoutly vintage to work, at least not regulary, I usually wear a twinset and skirt or a dress, which at least evoke a vintage feeling. And high heels always.I wear vintage inspired clothing everyday (I haven't built a complete actual vintage wardrobe yet). The only thing I still wear that isn't vintage looking at all are some jeans I've had for years when I'm working on the house, but my hair and make-up are always done
