About as close as you'll get is Aux Anciens Canadiens in Quebec City. And it's still just cozy and homey. Like a French bistro from the '60s located in the sub-Arctic zone, where they put cinnamon in the meatballs. (It's better than it sounds.)

I routinely put cinnamon in stews, right along with the carrots and the onion and the tomatoes and all. Yummy.

Of course if you only had a little consumption, you'd opt for blood from a skinny animal. That's for people on the go, who don't have time to sit down and enjoy a full bodied glass. :eusa_doh:
