Years ago my wife and I first danced to Color My World by Chicago.
It ended up being our wedding song and we smile whenever we hear it, although we haven't heard it played in a while.
When my daughter Michelle was born I was leaving the hospital in the morning to do the cigar run and the first song I heard on the radio was Michelle My Belle by the Beatles. It's been a special song for me too for quite a while.

What about Stay the Night by Chicago?

Wow, there are a lot of songs that fit the bill...just a few though...

"I Miss You" Incubus (a song on the first CD he made me while we were dating)

"The Reason" Hoobastank (just a mushy song...get's me misty-eyed)

"Canon in D" - Pachelbel (song I walked down the aisle at our wedding)

And there are a handful of goofy ones that have meaning to us...mostly 80's songs and the like. We're kind of cheesy that way

The song 'The way you look tonight' by Tony Bennett was our wedding song, well should have been, the stupid DJ played 'something about the way you look tonight' Elton John, nothing against EJ, but it is soooooo not the same song.......:rage:

It is still our wedding song to us, found that song from the soundtrack of 'My Best Friends Wedding'. Sometimes you dont know when these things will present themselfs to you....

To this day, (18 years, 3 houses, and 4 kids later) if it comes on the radio, we will dance to it. Providing of course we are not driving in the car at the time
