If I were cold and cashless, I’d be happy and warm with a Wilson. If I were cold and cashless but had an Aero, I’d feel happy, lucky and motivated to make tons of cash. [emoji12]

Here’s a Wilson:

Here’s an Aero belonging to one of own esteemed members:

the guy in Wilsons is settled for life in his leather jacket quest, move on with his life happily ever after
the guy in Aero is already start seeing all things that wrong in his jacket and planning somehow a subjectively better one.

Ton actually designed his workout routine to adjust his body to his jackets!
The Wilson guy never had a chance...

Lol! That's actually... Uncomfortably true. For me, I mean.

Worst part, before I knew people who talk about leather jackets on the internet even existed, I was the guy in the Wilson. Never got nearly as much compliments in any of the "high level" jackets, either.

Ha. All good points and stories.
I bought my son his first leather jacket from Wilsons. He was about 15 and now is 28. It was a “cool” looking jacket. He never wore it.
When i show him some of mine and ask him if he’d like one, he just says “I’m not much on leather”.
I blame Wilsons. Poisoned the well.
Be well. Bowen

I’m not sure [emoji848] if Chuck Norris would wear Wilson’s? That may be the topic for another thread.

I bought a used Wilson’s Open Road to see if I looked OK in a Buco style moto jacket. I really wanted a Schott Perfecto or an Aero Windward, but I bought the Wilson’s instead. It was a good choice. Turns out, I look like a dork in a Buco style moto jacket, no matter what the brand. The Wilson’s saved me from an expensive mistake. But I still sneak out in it when nobody’s looking.
I have 3 of those Wilson's Open Road.
One I wore every day for several years until the liner "burned" with my sweat as I wore it all year around.
After trying to find a replacement in Portugal (all weird mall brands), I decided to get another and found one cheaper than replacing the liner of the first one as it didn't had the removable liner (lost by original owner) and the "new" one was complete.
This second one, the original owner tried (and failed) to add some... character to it by falling from a moving motorcycle. It needed some small repair that I did and I still wear it.
The third one is like new and a size smaller, so more snug, perfect to wear with a t-shirt.
I did ended getting a 2nd hand Schott Perfecto but... I like the leather, fits well but... it's a bit short. So I spend more time with the Open Road.

everyone knows the real Chuck Norris died years ago after his chest hair pulled by Bruce Lee, and then he is replaced by a well trained and partially shaved sasquatch, because you know when Bruce Lee pulled his chest hair he applied so much chi into it, not only the hair follicles completely fried and never grow back, he also dislocated his lungs.

or Wilson saved him a fortune. He did not and will not lose money on leather like many here.
