There's something just not right with those Duggers. No family is that vanilla and whitebread.
Then there was the neo-nazi couple who were in the news a couple of years ago when they tried to order a birthday cake for their son Adolf Hitler Campbell. They named their other kids Aryan Nation and Hinler (Himmler).

I think I remember that. Didn't CPS take the children away from them?
Indeed they did. And then Führer Daddy shows up at the custody hearing in a nazi uniform! :eusa_doh:
I don't mind that and it is somewhat refreshing to see normal on TV once in a while but that many kids is nuts.

Ladies and gentlemen, the "Master Race."
Dumb asses.
Sometimes I think there should be a test before you are allowed to breed or name your kids.
I had to mention that I giggled at your signature. It typically happens when I'm dining alone, which I often do as I travel a bit. Perhaps they think I'm lonely and in want of their company. Or you may be on to something with me being such a charming guy...
I think we are just so used to it being the contrary that we notice when confronted by such nicety.Normal, yes. But what I'm saying is, the Duggars appear so straight-laced it's not normal.
I agree with the previous poster---DumbassesLadies and gentlemen, the "Master Race."
I think they just do a superb job of keeping their children under control. I see that they spend plenty of time explaining things to them and just spend time with them in general. I wish more people kept their damned kids under control like that.In the grand tradition of "bloke down the pub told me..." I've a friend whose family is friends with the Duggars. Apparently they are in real life exactly as they appear on TV. This blows my mind. How Michelle Duggar hasn't lost her ever-loving mind on a roomful of 19 kids is beyond me.
While I understand the frustration over such fools as parents, I am not willing to cede the power of such choices to some government body. The government can't even get a package delivered on time for me and yet they are going to determine who has children. Nah...In some places you need a permit to drop a fishing line into the water. But to have kids, all you gotta do is to be able to make the letter V.
And all of that dreck is why the Duggars seem so straight-laced in comparison. And this all brings up another travesty of our times, "reality" tv. Hollywood has followed corporate America into the abyss of hiring underpaid, underskilled labor to churn out an inferior poduct that spells higher profits for the producers. Welcome to walmart everybody.
And as for nazi dad and the duggars, I have 7 kids and I WORK my a** off to see that they are fed, clothed, and have a roof over their head. I also have absolutely nothing in common idealogically with, nor any use for any of those Jerry Springer reality tv types
