Yeah, I'm looking forward to Captain America and Cowboys and Aliens. I even want to see the last Harry Potter. The Hobbit is on the must see list too.
I like that the have Howard Stark in Captain America. Great tie together there. Hopefully he has a big enough part.
Great parallel here.

I'm also looking forward to the remake of Fright Night. What can I say, a guilty pleasure. I'm hoping that David Tenant as Peter Vincent will do it justice.

Also, I'm hoping that Conan the Barbarian will be worth seeing.

For a good laugh I'm looking forward to Johnny English Reborn.

And I've been waiting quite a while for the Rum Dairies to come out.

Cheers!

I am really excited about The Help. It was filmed in Mississippi, and it was a treat to see the vintage cars and fashion around town for a few months.

Has there been any progress on this? I thought that was supposed to be produced years ago.

I think that they are in post production and it is supposed to be released October, 2011. They did their filming around April 2009 I think so I'm not sure why such the delay in releasing it. So maybe the Rum isn't all gone.

Cheers!

I read the Rum Diaries shortly after the release (or rerelease?), and I had a great laugh. It was definitely a green book for Thompson, and you could see hints of his style beginning to peek through, but it was alot of fun. I can only imagine it will be an interesting film.

We saw Captain America last night at midnight. A little disappointing, and due to spoilage, I won't discuss. It was good - I'd say 3.5/5. SAw the 3D version, FWIW.
Good movie - and some great clothing (jackets specifically)
Stay after the credits (long) for the Avengers trailer. They did a Spiderman trailer up front. Not sure on that one either...

Must see:
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
The Avengers

I saw Captain America a few months ago and I have to say, I was disappointed. :(

Just saw the "girl with the dragon tattoo". One of the best films I've ever seen. Simply superb!

Saw the trailer for Red Tails while watching the new Sherlock Holmes movie last night. It's based on the Tuskegee airmen. Sometimes it's difficult to tell how good a movie is going to be from the trailer, but this looks like a winner to me. It's supposed to hit the theaters January 20.

I'm surprised no one here has mentioned "The Artist". VERY excited to see this.

"The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" is on my list, as is "The Hobbit."
Just happy Peter Jackson & his crew are involved. :)

& if "The Help" wins no awards this season, there's something terribly wrong with the Academy. Just sayin'. :p

Just got back from seeing WH. Superb attention to detail sets/military costumes.
The huge wide angle HD back lit shadow images at the end remind one of Gone
With the Wind. IMO along with Jaws & Raiders of the Lost Ark this is among Spielberg's
top three movies ever! :eusa_clap

Solid Citizen

I need to get out and see The Artist, but next year the film I'm most excited to see is Prometheus, Ridley Scott's prequel to Alien.
