Ravioli and garlic bread last night.

Smoked meats with cole slaw, and potato salad.

Gifted pork cutlets warmed inside the microwave with mashed potatoes.
Tonite, meatloaf similarly heated, lots of ketchup. Mashed,, string beans, and Coke Zero.
And Crispy Chetoes too.

Lasagna and garlic bread. A few leftover chocolate Easter eggs for dessert.

Easter Sunday supper was a turkey roll with home-made stuffing and mashed potatoes.

Today's supper was the leftovers done up as a turkey shepard's pie, turkey and gravy covered with stuffing covered with mashed potatoes and baked

Egg rolls and rice

I was exhausted last nite when I got home. Grilled ham and cheese. Not bad, and nice to skip microwave.

Snack and leftover night. Oven done spring rolls, sausage rolls, and turkey stuff left over from the other night. Okay, so, we're lazy......

Lentil-based tacos with homemade pineapple salsa! Incredibly great, I could eat them most every day and be pretty darn happy.

Fried Salmon with garden salad and Feta.

Teriyaki salmon with stir fried vegetables. Yummy.

Tacos last night. 4 consecutive days with tacos for a meal. The streak was broken today when I had a pizza for dinner.

Almost ordered a pizza from Fox's Irish pub last nite but at the last second opted for a coupla Italian sausages
and grilled cheeses from a local favorite Greek gyros joint-still open but only for delivery. Working round the Vid,
its crazy with some open, others closed, or just doin-deliv. When the dust settles and things clear I wonder who will
still be standing.

A few times a year we will buy the romaine lettuce hearts at Costco ....but you get 6 large ones...a lot of lettuce!. We then design our menus for the next 10 days around lettuce. Tonight we make a favourite..."Warm Salad". romaine, shredded carrot, shredded raw beet, slivered onion, napped with a caesar dressing then topped with thin slices of cheddar, flash fried zucchini and prawns. A heaping dinner plate of salad!

Somebody's anniversary celebration today, pizza, cheeseburgers, hot dogs-Nathan's-gorged myself.
Not hungry, but may pick up a bottle of Wild Turkey 101, a fine rye this eve, listen to Etta James and Billy Eckstein.

This evening is Bird's Smokehouse large pulled pork BBQ sandwich and big baked potato with sour cream and butter. Coke to drink.

I am not sure, but it was pretty darn good and something I will have again the next time we stop by for lunch/dinner.
