Guess who had tacos for dinner last night? If you guessed it was me, you are as right as rain. Three consecutive nights of tacos for dinner and I am hoping for tacos tonight. I do not believe that will happen, but it was great while it lasted.

Tonight, just little while ago in fact, my wife's crockpot pork chops in tomato soup with onions and bell peppers feast. A rare repast. She made this for me when we were dating, and I am positive now it was the missing ingredient that finally made me go buy the engagement ring.

Spaghetti tonight. I picked up a ready made meatloaf from the grocery and put it in the sauce, let it slow cook till it fell apart. Worked out very nicely
