By last night it was time to get creative with Thanksgiving leftovers, so super girlfriend turned stuffing into stuffing waffles and put some sunny side-up eggs on them to create this ⇩ joy. Stuffing waffles with eggs - brilliant, okay, maybe not brilliant, but darn tasty.

I am okay with brilliant and darn tasty. It looks magical.
:D
Throw some bacon on it and it could be even better, if that is possible.

It's half way warm here in Chicago! I'll be grilling a ribeye and pairing it with some edamame, quinoa and a salad...little vodka cocktail for desert.

About once a month I stop at a submarine sandwich corner lot on Van Buren across from the Cook County Jail
and order a 12' roast beef sub and hold the peppers please, the Indian cashier speaking his indigenous dialect into
a blue tooth, dons latex gloves and swiftly, surely puts it together, knifes it cleanly, wraps tight, and together
with four Otis Spunkmeyer chocolate chip muffins, bags the lot. I stop for a fast beer down the street and catch the train.
Back at the ranch, I settle in with the sub and the New York Times; nail two muffins and chug the remaining milk.
Not exactly one-stop shopping but it gets the job done.;)

One slice of greybread with nut-nougatcream and one slice with french, air-dried porc-salami from storebrand, again. Again yumm! The slice with nougatcream first. :D
