Taco soup. Beef, broth, lots of spices, roasted green chilies, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, squirt of lime juice, tortilla chips.

Hubby has a side of pneumonia, too. :( Happy holidays to him!
Hope he's feeling better soon!

I have been busy getting ready for Christmas and haven't had much time to post...let's see...

Wednesday was Chinese, Thursday was just me my oldest girl and we had tv dinners, and tonight is homemade turkey and noodle soup in the pressure cooker with grilled cheese. Yum!

Tomorrow we are going out for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day will be at my mom and dads.

Chinese last night, beef lo me in fom a new place in town. Pretty solid.

Tonight it's spaghetti.

Relying on the kindness of grandmas to feed me for the next couple of days.

Hope you all enjoy a great holiday, no matter how you celebrate.

Tonight, turkey & noodles with baby portabella mushrooms, roasted zucchini.

Tomorrow night, herb crusted prime rib with horseradish cream sauce, loaded baked potatoes, Brussels sprouts and broccoli.

Sunday, leftovers from tomorrow night.

I also need to make cookies for Santa.
