Last night, grilled steak, baked potato (loaded), Brussels sprouts, green salad with Ranch.

Tonight, beef stew & crusty buttered rolls.

Pasta with homemade red sauce. I was already cooking when I realized there was no red wine left to put in the sauce, so I gave it a little porter beer. A noticeably different flavor when all was said and done, but not disagreeable.
