Last night was hot peppered salmon, sautéed spinach with garlic & onions, and steamed rice.

Ca Nuong (grilled Vietnamese salmon), garlic and fish sauce, Thai beer tonite.

Tonight is grilled steak, mushroom and zucchini skewers, and salad with Ranch.

Stroganoff made with Angus beef, sweet onion, crimini mushrooms, and crema agria, served with broad egg noodles. Green beans.

She is a massive chatterbox, and dinnertime doesn't really slow her down. Hubby even commented how lovely the quiet was.

(Upon returning Lily to me after a sleepover, my sister commented something about Lily having to use all of the words she knew before she could go to sleep. I laughed because I knew exactly what she meant! My sister only had boys, so a chatty little girl was a very noisy and exhausting undertaking.)

Tonight, mesquite grilled pork chops, garlic & parmesan pasta, & spinach. I think I have a zucchini left in the fridge, so Hubby will grill that for himself as well (evoo, kosher salt, freshly ground lemon pepper to season).

tonight I'll be having meatloaf, mashed potatoes with gravy, mixed vegetables, and a beer for my beverage.

I've been camping, but I think we're all done with summer excursions now. Thankfully. They are fun, but I'm ready to get back into routines. Oldest boy starts band camp this week, so I'll be starting to get back to normal.

Last night: Cantonese chicken, rice, green beans

Tonight: Roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas, cucumber salad
Cherry chocolate chip ice cream for dessert
