What's for Dinner?

Ham sandwich is one of my favorites.
Coupled with pickled vegetables, that sounds like a great meal. Not to mention the easy clean up.

Yeah...+1 to the easy clean up for sure.

Smoked sausage and pinto beans does sound good. Maybe a nice change from ham & beans. We're going to try that next time.

Korean pork, jasmine rice, and baby bok choy.

Hubby started a new work schedule this week, so he gets home at bedtime now. That means Lily and I eat alone, and whatever I make has to be good the next day as leftovers for him to have for dinner at work. This is harder than you might think!

Really we're having black eyed peas with chicken and sausage cooked in 'em. Probably over rice, since the @#$% oven's broke and I can't fix any cornbread.

Burgers and polish sausages on the grill, jalapeño flavor potato chips, carrot sticks (somebody ate 'em, half the bag got gone) and ice cold beer.

Made a crock of sauerkraut on Saturday so will have home made kraut for supper in about 2 months. Tonight put some lima beans to soak, will make a lima bean and ham hock casserole tomorrow. Tonight got a burger and fries at Wendy's. Yes I plan ahead but am not very good at it ha ha.

We have two trucks in our gas station parking lot - a burrito/taco stand, and gyros. Very popular.
