Hubby grew up in Texas, and I grew up in a household with very limited/bland foods. I like trying new things - they love adventuring, too. Lily is always asking to try ingredients as I'm making food. If it won't hurt her/make her sick, I give her a taste.

Yeah, I'm over it for a while. Switching into Asian food mode. Stir fry, pho, pad Thai, etc.

Good for you Babydoll. Asian food and especially Japanese, Korean, Thai and Vietnamese is what we eat mostly for dinner over the week, probably 4 nights on average. It's quick, healthy (generally, depending on the dish), our kids love it - it's a great way to get the veges in them, and it tastes fantastic.

Looking forward to what you cook!

Pizza Tuesday. Much rather have tacos. The fact that I've been on some super heavy duty antibiotics lately that have my innards twisted up like a wrung out dish rag sure didn't help either.

Pizza here, as well. Nothing like the cure that kills. Hope you get to feeling better soon. I'm with you on the tacos.
