What's the down low on Cherry Delight? I know you Hoosiers are fiends for some desserts, so it must be something good.

Cherry Delight is a mixture of cream cheese...condensed milk...lemon juice...all in a graham cracker pie crust with cherry pie filling spread on top.

I don't care for cherries either. Can't stand cherry pie or cobbler (much prefer peach or apple)..but actually the thick syrupy cherries compliments the light whipped filling and crust. However.. just the cherry syrup topping would probably be to my liking.

Pasta salad & garlic bread.

Pasta salad had bowties, chicken, cucumber, tomato, cheddar, monterrey jack, bacon cheddar, and a mustard ranch dressing. Huge hit!

Last night I grabbed some tacos from the taco bell between late calls at work.

Tonight was portobello mushrooms, onions, and garlic, sauteed in butter and braised with Worcestershire sauce, with linguine noodles and steamed broccoli.
