Today for lunch was thin cut ribeye; we both mentioned we definitely prefer thicker cuts of beef. We're heading to Disneyland this afternoon so I'm not sure what supper will be.

Been hankering for some chicken spaghetti with plenty of Rotel!

That sounds good. I've only had chicken spaghetti once, someone brought a pan over after the baby was born, but it was delicious. I've been meaning to try making it myself, but always get distracted by the Italian sausages.
