Ham here too.
I'd rather have rib roast for thanksgiving, but I"m not in charge here.
The ham sliced up nicely for some low carb (tomato and basil) wraps last night, with cajun seasoning and 4 cheddar cheese.
Still have 2 gallon zip lock bags of stuffing though.
With the wife and I on low carb, it's moving slow.
In fact, we exported some to Del Rio, by giving the bil a gallon bag full. :D

I really don't like stuffing so I have no problem avoiding it. :p

Thanksgiving round two, at the other grandmas house. Roasted turkey, cornbread stuffing, cream corn, green beans, turnip greens with ham, sweet potato casserole.

Leftover Turkey? No problem! Today's leftover special was an Open-faced Turkey Melt Smothered in Green Chile. This is Pueblo, we smother anything and everything with green chile. And yes, it's a requirement at my Thanksgiving table. Who needs gravy? lol
