What's for Dinner?

Well, it's this kinda gross tortilla. Lol
I'm going to be doing the war ration diet but a bit modified.

Mission Carb Balance "fajita" size has 4 carbs per fajita wrap.

Tonight I'm preparing 3 low carb pizzas to feed the inlaws and one growing nephew.
The crust is mozerrella cheese, eggs, parmesean cheese, and cream cheese, along with various spices.
The sauce is Pizza Hut, made just like they do because I know their secret.
The toppings will be all meat such as pepperoni, beef, and sausage.
Maybe bacon if I can find room for it.
Then of course a mountain of cheese to cover it all.

I made an interesting cornbread that I feed to my birds when they raise young. They love it and it seems some of the people around here go running off with pieces too.
I make it with bacon grease and brown sugar. I guess it does taste pretty good. I haven't lost a bird yet---knock on wood.

Fajitas again, because I bought 6lb of meat for them the other day, and I still have over half left.
My inlaws are easily impressed.
I cheat btw, I cook it in the Nuwave oven and it's done in 15 minutes.
Then I just have one item to clean, not a whole stove full!
