Made a simply outstanding lamb roast, marinated in lemon, thyme and garlic, and cooked at very low temperature for 3 hours. You could cut it with a fork and it was wonderfully juicy too.

I'll bite (no pun intended). Manicotti are stuffed Italian crepes which are related to cannelloni. The difference being that cannelloni is pasta while manicotti are crepes.

Aha, thank you! Never came across that in Italy, but that could be because I've only visited the wrong regions. Anyway, sounds delicious. I love crêpes.
