I went to my parents' for supper tonight. Shrimp burgers. Yum!

How do you make those??

Saturday was:

Tonight is roasted Chicken with potatoes and carrots. I'm using the carcass to make chicken soup

Spaghetti tossed in my Sunday ragu sauce with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano and San Pellegrino Chinotto. Absolutely yum.

Constructed a stellar pizza this evening: arugula, garlic, tomato, olive, tempeh, and chanterelle mushrooms plucked from the forest floor this morning!

So many wonderful sounding dinners on here!
I made a green bean casserole, a big salad, roasted sweet potatoes, and some garlic brussel sprouts.
It's a lot of vegetables, but hey I got all my vitamins.

Not to night but Thursday is mine and my boyfriends 5 year anniversary (we only spent our first one together then he was stationed in Japan for 3 years so this will be the second one we get together). I am going to make a whole lemon and garlic roasted chicken, steamed broccoli, herb roasted potatoes, and a chocolate peanut butter pie. I will post pictures after I make it.
