What's for Dinner?

Breakfast for dinner last night. Bacon, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and toast on a rainy Friday night makes me happy.
:D

We had a crazy Saturday - normal Christmas stuff mixed in with a sick dog (vet visit) and several "crisis" calls from very old parents - so we didn't even think about dinner until very late. Super girlfriend made scrambled eggs, which we had on buttered toast all accompanied by white wine and, to be honest, it was outstanding. Maybe it was the fact that it was the first time we had "stopped" all day, but it tasted great. Breakfast for dinner rocks.

A great cure for the insanity of going nonstop all day is food. Hopefully today is going much more smoothly than yesterday.
and Breakfast for breakfast, lunch, and dinner works for me.

Soapa Fresca aka soup. More specifically, a great rice & chicken soup w/peppers, avocado, lime, etc. All chased down with a top-shelf margarita.

If and when you find yourself in Parkersburg, WV there's no problem finding one of many Mexican restaurants. But if you want the best, REAL MEXICAN, check out El Mariachi on the south side. As far as a top-shelf... ask for Angel or Enrique as they mix the best. Each slightly different, but each excellent. Both with 1800 tequila makes it hard not to say "uno mas margarita por favor amigo."
