Wow! That is going to be fantastic!The makings of French Quarter Steak au Poivre with shallot and cream pan sauce. Yes...I‘m moving a bit outside of my normal Cajun repertoire. Perhaps a touch more Antoine’s and a tad less Coop’s Place.

Now that sounds like a winner!Hadn't had a good meal in a few days. Had Blackened Catfish with dirty rice & jalapeño hushpuppies, & a bowl of gumbo. Washed down with several Bourbon Street Porters.

Mesquite grilled salmon, grilled lemon pepper U-21 shrimp, buttered dinner roll, green salad.
Hubby was not a huge fan of "just fish & veggies". Lily gobbled it down.
