Cheese tortellini, garlic bread, a dinner salad with ranch dressing, and a Dos Equis.

Tonight was a delicious home made potato soup...

I rely on Campbell's Cream of Potato myself. Toss in some tuna or sardine cuttings and there ya have it: Slam Chowder. With crackers. It hits the spot on cold Chicago nites.

Possibly the best lasagna I’ve ever had at The Dead Fish on New Year’s Eve. Last night, homemade stew and cheddar biscuits. Yes! Tonight, more stew!

Made a pot of cabbage rolls, they were delicious. 1 pound ground beef + 1 pound ground pork made 20 cabbage rolls.
