Pork burritos tonight. Slow cooking a Boston butt roast in enchilada sauce with extra spices, garlic, & onion. Leftover meat going into the freezer for me to attempt making homamade tamales at a later date.
Last night the kids grandfather took us all out to a local Italian eatery, the only one that's not a chain, to celebrate her birthday. I had a salad, ribeye ( med rare) with roast garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. No adult beverages until I got home.
