She's done that before. At least it is something nutritious. Picky meals like that are few & far between for her.

Actually we haven't eaten that in months.But with Cauliflower.
Too much work...
I use the left over beef stew, put it in a pie crust, and bake for 30 minutes on 400 degrees.
We get 2 meals out of it.
