well, bbq ribs are probably considered summer fare, but in honor of the super bowl we are having smoked ribs, slowly smoked in the smoker, fresh coleslaw and quacamole with chips. Homemade chocolate cake tor dessert.

Last night: Rib roast, fingerling potatoes and sauteed kale with a nice merlot.

Tonight is grilled boneless ribeyes and baked potatoes.

Linguini and clam sauce, salad and maybe we will finish off that chocolate cake tonight.

Teryaki chicken , steamed rice, asparagus , and coffee flavored Haagen-Dazs ice cream for dessert.

Everything sounds delicious! Coffee ice cream is my favourite, yum.
