I weigh 327 lbs, so....

I wound up having to make risotto because its the only rice I had. It was good though.

Lol I bet you didn’t. J Seriously though its tough to find good things to eat and lose weight. Eating less is only part of what we have to go through.

Some things are lousy tasting and good for you---supposedly. Find ourself a nutritionist. They can dispel a lot of myths.

I get help from the VA hospital nutritionists though. I also blend up fruits and make smoothies with my Ninja blender. That thing is terrific! It makes e4m almost like a daiquiri…all it needs it rum.

Someone is off their diet. Naughty, naughty!.

I was never really on a diet, I just don't eat a lot.
Tonight it was BBQ, beans, and small fries (with hot sauce) from Corky's BBQ.
Tomorrow I'll smoke a brisket, then slow cook it in the crock pot.
