What's for Dinner?

Tonight's our back patio/grilling night, should be in the 40s, so perfect weather. We'll start off with vodka martinis and crab cakes, then for the main course we're grilling NY strips, with lobster mac & cheese and homemade bread on the side. Wine hasn't been selected yet, but there will definitely be wine.

Italians call making risotto, "21 minutes of Love."

When I really want to charm a lady into submission, I will ply her with wine, make her my special risotto and then we will watch the Unbearable Lightness of Being.......it's like shooting fish in a barrel.....
