Last night we went to a Mediterranean restaurant and I had the felafel plate which came with felafel, house made hummus (with Kalamata olives), a small salad, and a piece of fresh, hand made pita bread. Delicious!

Tonight:

Marinated chicken
Buttered lima beans
Mashed potatoes

I agree with everything but the wine, but then I do not like wine.

Carne molida, over rice because the kids ate all the tortillas at breakfast. I wasn't up for a trip to the store to get any more.
