This is made from nasty cauliflower I bet.
At least he could try chayotes like I use to make French fries out of.

Faux potatoes are made from Cauliflower.
I pressure cook it for 9 minutes, then whip it up like potatoes.
Decided on green beans with bacon instead.

Yup, with jalapeños.

Then when Monday arrives you feel like you've been run over by that speeding freight train.

Nah. Jalapeños are fine on my system. Mondays wouldn't bother me if I didn't have to work a 10+ hour day at a job that I'm not fond of.

I worked at a burger place the summer between junior and senior yer in h.s. They used instant onions. They came in big cardboard boxes, and each night we had to put a couple of scoops in a jug of water and the next morning it would be a jug full of those little chopped onions that went on the burgers.
Yum yum...faux shaux.
