Wife is sick, and she wanted a burger and fries to help her feel better.
Not sure how that works, I would have requested a ribeye.
But I got the little woman what she wants, burger at a local joint that serves a really good one, and fries at McDonalds.
The burger joint doesn't server fries, the serve a variety of veggies.
Yeah, one of those places.

I am deep frying potatoes and hot dogs. :p I can't deep fry the coleslaw darn it!

Collard greens sauteed in bacon fat with onions and smoked sausage (Conecuh brand, if you're in the gulf coast region you should definately try it), rice, and sweet potato and pecan casserole. Cold St.Pauli girl to wash it all down.

I can never accumulate that much bacon grease.

Well, if you served bacon with every meal as well as snacking on it while watching movies, games and such on tv......like some people around here :rolleyes: ....you'd have a bathtub full of the stuff.:p
