 Some people worry about drinking ruining your liver. Hmmmmmm…..
:eusa_clap

Corky's Ribs and BBQ beans last night, because I had been up since 3am, and on the road for 11hrs.
Yes there are better places than Corky's, but it's down the street from me, and everyone was at the grocery due to the impending ice storm, so no line no wait. :D

Tonight it's Chili with 2lbs of meat at least.

Then I guess you don't want to hear Ribeyes, cooked over pecan wood, and then seared in an iron skillet. :D
Cauliflower cooked in the pressure cooker, and whipped up like potatoes.

*The reason the steaks were seared AFTER cooking them on the grill, is because it's too dern cold for my grill to hold the heat well.
So they were smoked for awhile, then finished up in the skillet.

Homemade turkey soup with egg noodles.

I put the turkey carcass and leftover meat in the crockpot with water, broth, bay leaves, celery seed, thyme, kosher salt, and fresh pepper.
Let it cook for 10 hours; then spend forever pulling all the bones out. I then added the egg noodles and let or cook for an hour.
Yummy!

I think next time I'll do this with a whole fryer and make noodle dumplings.
