While corn shells was all I had for the tacos, I don't really miss those.
I prefer the wraps or Burritos if that's the correct term to use.
They hold more and they don't break up and dump all your "fixins" out.

Sick!? Oh no! Just remember BRAT. Bananas, Rice, applesauce and Toast. That keeps stomach symptoms down--for me anyway.
