I think they sew it up on the edges to keep the macaroni in it.
That can't be gas station, sounds more like leftovers from a bachelors fridge.

:rofl: My wife never ate anything really weird when she was pregnant but she did invent things that we still eat to this day. My first son had her eating salsa on French fries. It is good.
