A version of chicken cordon bleu, sounds tasty. I'd like to add some type of pinch of hot spicy to it. Maybe a few slivers of jalapeno pepper in the cheese. Nothing too crazy just xome peppery flavor.

It does sound like a pretty darn good combination. Add some barbecue and Life cannot possibly get any better. Unless, a neverending keg of Dos Equis is added to the mix.

One handed mugs work better for me. That way I can hold one in each hand.
