Chili Burger and fries
No, they do not have cutters in my department. They have cutters for Natural cheese, I work with Process cheese.
You need to get into the high class department.
Tried to get a supervisor's job, but sadly came in second to a friend of the assistant plant manager. You know how that goes.
Great. The brown noser gets the job again.....

We actually make cheese for Winona foods. We make slice and loaf in Process and shred and 'block' cheese in Natural.
The guy they showed grinding the 40# blocks has a job similar to mine, but we use much larger stuff. 500# barrels and 640# blocks are used a lot. We do use 40-pounders, but they're used more in Natural than in Process.
Their uniforms, hair nets, beard nets, and gloves all look just like ours.
Much of the equipment they showed is very similar to what we use, but ours is a bit larger.
