^ Chili & cockails, I'm there!

We have a small local burger joint called Tommy's. Total dive, but the burgers are deliciously greasy. Schooners of ice cold beer don't hurt either. There's one on my drive home, I'm gonna have to take a picture so I can post it here.

Edited - just found their website:

Greaseburgers, tater tots, chicken fried chicken, catfish... you guys can buy the place, add chili & beans to the menu, and you're good to go. Don't even have to mess with new signage!

Obviously no relation to The Original Tommy's, an L.A. institution since the late '40s. :)

I dunno, a laser show may attract the hipsters
Not if it's a Pink Floyd themed show. :)
And BBQ, I'm sure hipsters don't eat BBQ.
I'm in a town where we have 100 BBQ restaurants (I'm not kidding), and I have yet to see them eating at a REAL one.
Yeah we have a famous one that ships their BBQ world-wide via Fed-Ex but that's not real BBQ to me.

Tonight we had Mexican. Almost didn't catch him. ;)

Hipsters only eat fusion BBQ.

Everyone knows the best BBQ joints are the ones in a tiny shack with a hand-painted sign and a big pile of wood stacked out back.
