Agreed, I arched an eyebrow when super girlfriend first mentioned it, but I've learned not to question her instincts. Terrible name, fanfreakintastic result. I have one piece left and am very much looking forward to it.

Great call - very much so. The flavors have time to marry overnight. SG* flashed it under the broiler the second night just before serving to give it just a touch of char which contrasted nicely with the wonderfully soft, slightly gooey center.
