What's For Breakfast...

Hot Italian sausage, cheesy scrambled eggs, hash browns, toast, coffee, and orange juice.

Half an 'everything' bagel with cream cheese that my daughter begged for and didn't finish.
Now I feel like I swallowed an anvil. Can't imagine if I'd eaten a whole one.

I'm having my coffee at the moment, but shortly I'm going to fire up some corned beef hash and eggs.

At the "ranch" watching the deer outside the window. Made some buttermilk pancakes to go with my black coffee (just regular ol' Maxwell House in the percolator, nothing fancy in a sippy cup as the nearest Starbucks is about 50 miles). Next...a breakfast cigar.

I've been moderated on the carbs for a year and it fixed my blood sugar. Now I'm trying to go lower because I have 20 more lbs to lose and I'm at risk for diabetes. I miss donuts.

Almond flour pancakes with blueberries, 3 strips of bacon, and bold coffee to counteract the sweetness of honey on the pancakes.
The pancakes had 2 eggs in them, so plenty of protein for my 2hrs in the yard.
