Change of pace today. Corned beef hash and scrambled eggs and toast, and some really bad coffee at a little cafe I stop in sometimes. Less than $3 so I can't complain.

You are right Hudson, but my daughter lives in Denver and with the altitude 10 min is sunny side up. Found that out the hard way.

I did waffles and pancakes today as well. Used a regular waffle iron though.
