Eggs and toast, with organic honey.
It took me a week to figure out why my sinuses were draining, then I realized why.
For the past week, I've been eating a raw/unfiltered honey, instead of the organic.
Having allergies since I was 3yrs old, apparently the pollen in the unfiltered honey, overcame my antihistamine and thus sinus problems.
Back to organic honey, and tonight I'm good as new. :eusa_clap
