A jalapeño burger with cheddar cheese and bacon, and steak fries at the Roadside Cafe. This was at 3:30 p.m., but it was the first meal of the day so it still counts as breakfast. :D
Just don't ruin it and tell me you washed it down with a diet coke. :D
Great meal btw.

Almond flour pancakes.
Not bad, they are low carb and high protein.

We went to a vintage fair today, needed to top up on the protein to go the distance. We had: Cheese & onion omlette cooked in garlic, with a couple of prime sausages, three rashers of bacon and half a dozen, or so, button mushrooms. Black coffee for me and tea for my lady. Plus the obligatory fresh grapefruit.

I could eat that at 3:30 a.m. - or any other hour of tha day.
Same here. Years ago a few co-workers once gave me a good-natured hard time about ordering a cheeseburger from the morning break truck. "You can't eat something like that for breakfast!" My response was, "Why not? My stomach doesn't know what time of day it is." :D

Just don't ruin it and tell me you washed it down with a diet coke. :D
What, were you the gent sitting at the next table? That's exactly what I washed it down with! Years ago I discovered beer and greasy foods don't coexist well in my stomach, and since I wanted to retain the meal...well, you get the idea. [huh]
