This morning I had a fried egg on toasted ciabata bread with 3 sausage links.

This morning I had a fried egg on toasted ciabata bread with 3 sausage links.

While it, of course, varies - ciabata bread tends to be good sandwich bread. It's light enough so that the sandwich isn't all bread, but substantial enough to hold everything together and, if you have some runny stuff on it - like eggs - the nooks help hold it in.
